Cigar Lounges Worth the Trip
Our favorite cigar lounges around the country, from Fort Smith to Manhattan.

Tulsa has a good cigar scene, but every so often you're somewhere else with an evening free. These are lounges we like around the country, roughly in order of how far you'd drive from Tulsa to get there. We've noted what each one pours, since "cigar lounge" can mean anything from a full cocktail bar to bring your own bottle.
We checked each one against its own website in October 2026. Hours and policies change, so look before you go.
Fort Smith, Arkansas
906 Cocktail and Cigar Lounge, 906 Garrison Ave. Full bar and food. About two hours down the road, in a century-old building in downtown Fort Smith. It opened in 2019 with a La Flor Dominicana cigar made just for the lounge, and it has live music Thursday through Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Kansas City
Outlaw Cigar Co. Full bar at the Brewery location. The one to see is the Outlaw Cigar Brewery at 309 E. 10th Ave in North Kansas City. It's built to look like an old Western town, with house craft beers on tap and more than 150 bourbons and whiskeys. Outlaw also has a shop and lounge on North Chatham Avenue and a big walk-in humidor in Overland Park.
Dallas and Fort Worth
A lot of the best Dallas cigar spots are actually in the suburbs, so check the address before you set out.
Red Phone Booth, Grandscape, The Colony. Full bar and food. A speakeasy. You get in by dialing a code from inside a red phone booth, and the website will give you the code. It's 21 and up, and membership is optional.
Cigars International, The Colony and Fort Worth. Full bar. Two big superstores with full-service bars. The Colony store, also at Grandscape, was the company's first in Texas. The Fort Worth store on Cabela Drive is built like a tobacco barn and has a large patio with fire pits.
Silver Leaf Cigar Lounge, Sundance Square, Fort Worth. Full bar. A comfortable downtown lounge with cocktails, bourbon, and live music on weekend nights. News reports in September 2026 said it plans to move to the West 7th area, so call ahead (817-887-9535).
Javier's, 4912 Cole Ave., Dallas. Full bar and food. A longtime Mexican restaurant with a cigar room that looks like a hunting lodge, with a cedar bar, mounted game, and photos of famous smokers on the walls. Have dinner, then move to the cigar room.
Elite Cigar Cafe, 4291 Belt Line Rd., Addison. Full bar and kitchen. A family-owned lounge that has been open more than 20 years. Its Plano and Rowlett shops don't serve drinks.
Renegade Cigars, 1002 N. Central Expressway, Richardson. Lounge only. A serious cigar shop with a well-chosen humidor, and a regular winner of reader polls for best cigar shop in DFW.
En Fuego Tobacco Shop, Frisco, McKinney, Murphy, and Rockwall. Lounge only. A family-run group of shops in the northern suburbs, with five locations. They don't sell alcohol, but they've welcomed guests who bring their own. Check with your store first.
Houston
Stogies World Class Cigars, 6100 Westheimer Rd. Lounge, with a private members' lounge. A big Galleria-area shop with house exclusive cigars and laser engraving on site. Members get a setup bar and food from nearby restaurants.
The Gulf Coast
Shore Thing Cigars, Orange Beach, Alabama, and Watersound Beach, Florida. Shore Thing is co-owned by Luke Bryan. The Orange Beach location at The Wharf, a few minutes from Gulf Shores, opened in 2024 and has a full bar with craft cocktails and bourbon. The original 30A location at The Hub in Watersound Beach pours beer and wine and has a walk-in humidor and a patio.
Florida
Grand Cathedral Cigars, 2201 N. Florida Ave., Tampa. Full bar. A cigar lounge inside a restored church more than 100 years old, with the bell tower and stained glass still in place and a big patio out back. It's open to the public, with an optional membership upstairs.
Corona Cigar Company, Orlando area, Tampa, and Sarasota. Full bar at every store. In downtown Orlando, the store at 127 S. Orange Ave. is home to the Diamond Crown Lounge, with fresh-juice cocktails and a collection of Prohibition-era flasks on display. The original superstore on West Sand Lake Road has the Drew Estate Lounge. There's no cover or membership fee, but there's a dress code after 6 pm.
Arizona
Cedar Room, Scottsdale. Beer, wine, and port. A brother-run lounge with locations at DC Ranch on North Pima Road and at Terravita, and a third coming in Cave Creek. It's an authorized retailer for Davidoff, Drew Estate, and Opus X.
Cigar King, 7830 E. Gelding Dr., Scottsdale. Family-owned since 1960, with cigars alongside watches and luxury goods. Call ahead (480-214-0238) if you're planning to sit and smoke, since the store's site doesn't describe its lounge.
Las Vegas
Montecristo Cigar Bar, Caesars Palace. Full bar and food. Tucked behind Nobu off the casino floor, with a 400-square-foot humidor and a giant video wall. There's a second Montecristo Cigar Bar at Paris Las Vegas, so make sure you head to the right one.
Davidoff of Geneva Cigar Bar, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. S., next to Fashion Show Mall. Full bar. A patio facing the Strip, with misters in summer and heaters in winter, and a staff member who will cut and light your cigar at the table.
Las Vegas Cigar Outlet Superstore, 1560 E. Sahara Ave. Shop. It calls itself the largest humidor in Nevada, at 1,500 square feet. The store's website currently says the lounge is closed and it's grab and go only, so stock up here and smoke somewhere else.
San Diego
Churchill Cigar Lounge, 2415 San Diego Ave., Old Town. Beer and wine. Twenty beers on tap, a humidor more than 60 feet long, and a heated patio in the middle of Old Town.
New York City
Casa de Montecristo by Cigar Inn, 1016 Second Ave., Manhattan. Bring your own. Longtime regulars still call it Cigar Inn. It's a comfortable Midtown East lounge of about 2,000 square feet. There's no liquor license, so pick up a bottle before you sit down.
New Jersey
Fanatix Cigar House, 20 Essex St., Lodi. Lounge only. A small, cozy cigar house about half an hour from Midtown Manhattan, known among collectors for rare Arturo Fuente cigars, including Opus X. It also runs a monthly cigar club called The Chosen Ones. Call ahead (201-845-7833) for current hours.
